From StarGazette:

A proposed 50-unit apartment complex for seniors, and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Elmira will proceed after its developers received state support.

CDS Housing, an agency based in the Rochester area, recently received funding for a planned complex on Maple Avenue through New York Homes and Community Renewal.

Funding includes $2 million in Housing Trust Funds program money for affordable housing, and $865,000 in low-income housing tax credits.
