What sets Warrior Salute apart from other services is our individualized approach to helping Veterans who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI) and/or Military Sexual Trauma. We understand that every Veteran is different, and we want to help each Veteran that enters our program in a way that suits their individual needs. We strive to do that through Case Management.

Our case managers work one on one with our Veterans and their families to help identify their goals, determine the personalized support needs, and implement the programs and training necessary to help them grow and develop as they transition back into the community.

A case manager's top priority is each Veteran's well-being, making sure that their individual needs are met. Our case managers promote the concepts of choice, individualized services and supports, and participant satisfaction. They meet with each individual Veteran weekly to discuss how things are going and how they could make things better. Their main goal is to make sure our Veterans feel comfortable and are on a path to success.
