Jayme has been a part of the CDS Monarch family for close to 16 years. She began as a habilitation aid at Webster Creative Opportunities (WCO), then became a treatment coordinator there, and after 12 years, she moved to Blended Creative Opportunities (BCO). From there Jayme went on to become the Program Manager for Linden Creative Opportunities (LCO) and Active Seniors, as well as Penbrooke Creative Opportunities (PCO). Currently, she is the site manager for BCO, where she works with the staff to maintain compliance with all regulations, safety measures, transportation policies and day-to-day operations. Additionally, Jayme also has oversight for all day services and provides support and mentorship to the three site managers who oversee WCO, LCO and PCO. When day services was in a transitional period, Jayme really stepped up to get things reorganized quickly and efficiently. She is always willing to do what is necessary to keep things moving forward and ensure that every individual is getting the services they deserve. Jayme has participated in the CDS Monarch Leadership Development 100 and 200 level courses, and also serves on the agency's intake and marketing committees.

"Jayme is a strong leader that brings enthusiasm to her work every day," stated Andrew Sewnauth, Administrator for Community Living. "She loves spending time with the individuals and has been key in shaping the Day Services Management Plan for 2014. This year she was instrumental in planning the Active Seniors move to the Wolf Center and also was crucial in overseeing the Without Walls Group transition in August. Her hard work is very appreciated!"

Jayme first started working with people with developmental disabilities when she was in eighth grade, and she is grateful for the many individuals she has worked with over the years. "These people have given me so much. They are so giving, forgiving and compassionate." Her advice to her fellow teammates? "Accept and support change and growth. Change can be difficult at times, but it is an important part of long-term success."

In her spare time Jayme enjoys boating and fishing on Sodus Bay, and she loves animals and sports. Thank you Jayme for all your hard work, dedication and commitment!
