Sometimes the hardest journey for our servicemen, women and their families is the one home. That's why CDS Monarch -- through their Warrior Salute™ service -- the Max and Marian Farash Charitable Foundation, Nazareth College Office of Veterans' Affairs, and Monroe Community College, are proud to present a day-long symposium to help Veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury, begin a successful transition to regain their lives. "Serve. Honor. Support." brings together the experiences of Veterans and families, with the expertise of clinical staff specializing in Veteran treatment, and Dr. Charles Hoge, a retired U.S. Army Veteran and author of "Once a Warrior, Always a Warrior."

This is a progressive outreach initiative offering not only guidance for our Veterans, but creating a community of care for our servicemen and women, their families, and their caregivers. Join us for this important event!
